Co-vid 19 Update

N-Dowd® works with 2 fulfillment partners to print and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer especially because of the holidays but your order will reach you.

For our apparel and accessories we're back to our regular production and shipping time! Current production time: 24-48 hours for small orders, 2-4 days for large orders. Still give yourself 2 weeks to ensure you get your products by your deadline. Over the past few weeks we've increased our production capacities, we'll continue improving this for the holiday season.

For our Affirmation Blankets we take about 2-7 business days to create our cut & sew products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. The production and shipping speed depends on the product type and destination. Shipping time for the USA is 6-9 business days.

Due to increased order volume, our support team might take up to 3 business days to reply to your messages. 

Our facilities are taking every precaution to ensure the health and safety of their production employees and their communities and are happy to see products run through our facilities and land safely at your customers’ doorsteps.

By keeping our production employees at a distance of 6 feet, cleaning surfaces at the beginning and end of shifts, and promoting hand washing, we are able to both keep our employees safe and produce orders for your customers. 

 We are reassessing the situation daily and will keep you up-to-date if and when there are new developments.
