Shipping policy

If for any reason, your order did not arrive within 14–business days from the purchase date due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as global pandemics, holidays, customs, and weather delays. Please contact us at info@hoodlightenment.com and we will resolve your issue right away.

Each package is estimated to arrive between 8 – 21 business days after your order is shipped. The time taken is usually shorter, but we do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us.

Shipping time varies by location. Keep in mind for quality reasons, our products are not stored already made in inventory, they are made when each order is processed.
